Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as damage or an error in personalisation, please contact us directly for assistance.
Grays Bespoke is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Important: Please keep all packaging and damaged goods as the carrier may require these for the claims process.
